THIS SOLUTION IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES :
Statistical Methods
The Data Validation and Reconciliation statistical methods are applied to the modeled process, using available measurements and their uncertainties.
Process Knowledge
The Gas Oil Separation Plant with its different production wells is fully modeled inside the software, based on the process flowsheets. Full mass and energy balances are used through the whole plant, as well as equipment curves, equations and sensors measurements.
Thermodynamic Constrains
Crude composition is fully established, as well as thermodynamic properties and Equation of State, allowing to know the state of the streams at each point of the process based on pressure and temperature conditions.
Process Database
The model processes the measured values as an input for its DVR calculations, allowing the reconciliation of the different sensors, based on other sensors and equations.
