SWD: String Wound

The SWD series cartridges are the most common depth filter element. The cartridges are manufactured in a single piece also for the 80” element length. A single strand of synthetic or natural fibers is wounded around a metallic or plastic perforated core.

MBA: Absolute PP Melt-blown

The MBN series cartridges are clarifier elements but where absolute filtration is occurring throughout depth of element. The use of pure polypropylene permits the total incineration of the spent cartridges.

MNN: Nylon Melt-blown

The MNN Nylon melt-blown filter elements have been specifically designed to extend the use of depth filtration in the fields where polypropylene is not acceptable due to the limited compatibility with solvent or aromatic hydrocarbons.

MH: High-flow Melt-blown

The MH series cartridges are designed for in-depth filtration but where a large flow rate is occurring. MH series filter elements are manufactured with coreless design to offer the advantage of a crushable media and reduced disposable cost.

AFP: Pleated

The APF series cartridges are classifying pleated elements where filtration occurs on the media surface. The cartridges are manufactured to provide a multi-layer arrangement, using different filter medium in order to offer high flow-rate combined with high dirt holding capacity.

HYD: Pleated Depth

The latest evolution of filter media development. The HYD filter elements are hybrid cartridges that combine the clarification capability of depth elements with the high dirt holding capacity of pleated elements. HYD elements are designed using a specific polypropylene melt-blown media that offers high void volume.

HPF: High-flow pleated

The HPF series cartridges are specifically designed to provide a large effective filter surface area included in a 6” cartridge diameter and length up to 60” in one piece. The cartridges are designed to optimize the high flow rates and high dirt holding capacity due to the high performance pleated media. The dirty particles are trapped inside of the filter elements with consequent easy removal without risk to download the contaminants in the clean side of the filter housing.

FV: Paper/Fibre glass pleated

FV series cartridges are intended for solids removal or aerosols and mists separation in gas streams. The FV6 version are specifically designed to provide a large effective filter surface area included in a 6” cartridge diameter and length up to 40”, compared to conventional filter elements it is possible reduce dramatically the filter housing dimension and quantity of elements installed.

FV6: High-flow fibre pleated

FV series cartridges are intended for solids removal or aerosols and mists separation in gas streams. The FV6 version are specifically designed to provide a large effective filter surface area included in a 6” cartridge diameter and length up to 40”, compared to conventional filter elements it is possible reduce dramatically the filter housing dimension and quantity of elements installed.

PB: Pleated cartridges for bag filter housings

The filtering cartridges, PB series, are pleated cartridges suitable to fit in bag filter housing to allow flow-rate or service life time increasing thanks to their high filter area.
The PB series cartridges are available in the size 1-2 dimension while the filter media can in polypropylene, fiberglass or polyester.

PMH: Pleated coreless cartridges

The PMH series cartridges are suitable for replacing “Coreless” melt-blown cartridges. Thanks to the pleated filter media, the high filter area allows to increase the filter flow-rate or its service life time.
PMH cartridges are manufactured with no internal core to reduce disposal costs and are available with a polypropylene, fiberglass or polyester filter media.

PMW: High-flow pleated cartridges

The PMW filter cartridges are suitable for replacing filter cartridges "FilterOne (FON)". Thanks to the pleated media, the high filtering surface allows for high-flow machining.
PMH cartridges are available with polypropylene, glass fiber or polyester filter media.
