Cones with/without Flared Necks

''Heads aren't always the same'': That is a statement, which holds true from several perspectives. Depending an its area of use, there are infinite varieties when it comes to formats, materials, thicknesses or geometrics. This is coupled with the fact that there are many international standards and rules that have to be observed. If you want to be certain of producing a functional and legally irreproachable vessel, than you should decide to work with us.
We have the experience required for vessel heads, cones, hand-hole locks, etc. that reliably meet the respective national provisions. We manufacture our products from materials that we can be hot or cold-pressed in line with market requirements. Weld preparation with numerous different curbs and joggled edges is a matter of course for us. The sizes range from a diameter of 21.3 mm to 3,000 mm with thicknesses of up to 200 mm and more.
Radius of choice, preferably (r = 0.1 r = 0.154 diameter or diameter)
"R" should be designed with us and drafted as far as possible to accommodate existing tools.
Warm- or cold-formed, with or without collaring on smallest diameter
Either seamlessly formed from a blank or from raw cones with seams, depending on the geometry.
