Advantages
KnitMesh XCOAT™ separators are characterized by an extremely high resistance to deform, corrosion and temperature, and are therefore ideal for applications that have to deal with acids, typically sulfuric acid and acetic acid applications.
The advantage of a longer service time of the KnitMesh XCOAT™ mist eliminator compared to common wire mesh pads using Teflon filaments or higher alloyed and acid-resistant steel wires has already been demonstrated impressively in the first industrial applications.
