ContraFlex® high temperature insulation jackets conserve heat and protect personnel on turbines, boilers, pipes, flanges, valves, and vessels in operating temperatures up to 1,100°C.
Product specifications
High temperature jackets are used extensively on turbines, marine and power generation exhausts where application temperatures exceed 240°C.
- Temperature resistance: Up to constant temperatures of 900°C
- Weight of insulation at 50mm: 96kg/m³
- A range of insulation infill materials are available including needlemat, AES wool or aerogel.
- Equipped with specifically selected infills, fabrics and fixings for the desired application.
