ContraFlame® Combined CSP/PFP
A lightweight coating system that provides up to 120 minutes liquid cryogenic spill protection for structures including underdecks, bulkheads, spill trays, vessels, saddles, process pipework, production risers and structures at risk of spalling.

ContraFlame® combined cryogenic spill protection (CSP) and passive fire protection (PFP) has been tested for 60 minutes jet fire protection and two hour cryogenic spill protection.
- Incorporates phenolic fibreglass reinforced tiles and our ContraFlame® C50 thermal insulation material
- A total system thickness of just 34mm
- The system can withstand 7Mpa of compression load
- The system is designed for continuous use at operating temperatures from -196°C to +185°C
- Provides both Cryogenic Spill Protection and jet fire protection for 60 minutes
- Designed for use on exposed deck areas and all vertical exposed steelwork on FLNG’s.

Bulkhead protection
Bulkheads are key structural divisions within offshore platforms and vessels. Bulkhead protection restricts the spread of fire and smoke while providing protection within critical spaces and escape routes.
