Water columns and components are designed and manufactured in total compliance with ASME Boiler Code requirements.all steel water columns are welded according to specific qualified procedures that meet ASME requirements. Water columns and components such as gage glasses and valves are hydrostatically tested to 150% of their design pressure
Key Characteristics:
- Our SP Series of Standpipes serve as a compact column to support gage glasses, when probe alarms are not required.
- Standpipes offer an economical solution for contractors by assuring the connections for the water gage connection is accurate and reduces the number of field welds.
- Standpipes are constructed from heavy wall ASME-SA106 Grade B carbon steel pipe.
- Cast Iron Water Columns can be used up to 250 PSI.
- Steel Water Columns can be used up to 3000 PSI (200 Bar)
