For trenchless installation and sanitation
GEROfit® R is a pipeline with dimensionally added protective jacket of modified polyolefin compund. Solid pressure pipe is made of PE 100-RC (Resistance to Crack). The original protective jacket protects the pipes against mechanical damage due to the added protective layer! This product is designed for all trenchless methods Black-Box. GEROfit® R pipes correspond to the type 3 classification according to PAS 1075 and in accordance with PAS 1075 are also certified by DIN CERTCO. Granules and extruded tubes are constantly monitored and tested.

The "PAS 1075 - Pipes made from polyethylene for alternative installation techniques - Dimensions, technical requirements and testing" serves as a complement to existing standards and work regulations (e.g. DIN EN 12201, DIN EN 1555). The PAS 1075 describes the technical application and tests of pipelaying in trench without sand backfill and trenchless pipelaying.
Pipe classification acc. to PAS 1075:
Type 1: Single-layer solid wall pipe made of PE 100-RC to DIN 8074; the whole pipe wall is made of PE 100-RC Type 2: Double and triple-layer pipes with dimensionally integrated layers made of PE 100-RC Type 3: Pipes made of PE 100-RC with dimensions in accordance with DIN 8074 with additional protective jacket made of modified PP
