Clean-in-place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-place (SIP) systems designed specifically for the food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing industries deliver a faster and repeatable approach to avoiding risks to product quality and integrity.
Our team designs all the main equipment involved, providing all the process engineering and calculations:

Tanks: individual tanks for each solution used, SS tanks in SS304 or SS316/316L, single or multiple tank design

Pumps: to provide the proper flow and pressure of CIP solutions to the process areas, pumps are selected according to various factors (i.e.: length of CIP circuits, types of process equipment to be cleaned, etc.). Pumps selection includes also return, chemical addition and boost pumps.

Heating systems: Plate&Frame Heat Exchanges, Shell&Tube Heat Exchangers, Direct Steam Injection, Electric Heater.
