Counter-Rotation Agitators
The counter-rotating agitators consist of two agitators located one on top of the other that rotating one in the opposite direction to the other achieve a perfect mixture in products of medium / high viscosity.
The mixing is done by means of an anchor-type agitator, at a few revolutions and another turbine agitator with a central axis that rotates counter-rotation with respect to the anchor.
Technical Specifications
Installation: In closed tanks they are installed on DIN, ASA, or special flanges on top of the tank. In open tanks or with flat lids they are usually installed on a support bridge with anchor plate.
Power: 0.12 to 90kW.
Speed: Slow from 20 to 500rpm and fast from 1,500 to 3,000rpm.
Applications: Used for the mixture of products in dispersion and homogenization, obtaining an optimal performance, regardless of the viscosity of the product.
