FIBERSTRONG® Water Jet Resistant (WJR) Serie
Future Pipe Industries introduces a new high-quality Water Jet Resistant sewer pipe series for gravity applications (PN 1 barg), with sand reinforced inner liner providing tough resistance against water jetting and abrasion. These pipes serve their full-service life, enabling water jet cleaning, while maintaining optimum hydraulic performance.
Product Range
FIBERSTRONG® Water Jet Resistant (WJR) Series pipe system is available in nominal diameters ranging from 12” (DN 300 mm) up to 60” (DN 1,500 mm), designed with standard stiffness classes of SN 2,500, SN 5,000, and 10,000 Pa. However custom-made sizes and other stiffness and pressure classes can be availed to meet demanding project-specific requirements, upon request.

- Pipe inner liner comprising of high-quality resin with elevated mechanical properties to provide the required water jet resistance, for a minimum of 60 cleaning cycles (one cycle per year).
- Pipes complying with the stringent requirements of DIN 19523 – “Requirements and test methods for determination of the jetting resistance of components of drains and sewers”, and certified by IRO GmbH Oldenburg, Germany.
- Maintaining constant flow rates and hydraulic characteristics during the design life.
- Light weight product.
- Standard FPI Double Bell Coupling (DBC) joints can be utilized, enabling quick and easy installation on sites.
