FIBERSTRONG® H2O Series
FIBERSTRONG® H2O series is a corrosion-resistant pipe system which can be used in a wide range of applications for both aboveground and underground installations.
FIBERSTRONG® H2O series pipes are manufactured using a continuous filament winding technique that combines Glass Reinforced Polyester resin (GRP) including both Isophthalic and Vinyl Ester resin families, with a fiberglass-reinforcement and, when required, a pure silica sand filler.
This custom technique gives the finished pipe a resin-rich reinforced liner, a strong structural wall and a resin-rich exterior layer.
Product Range
FIBERSTRONG® H2O series pipes and fittings, Restrained and Non-Restrained, range from 3” (DN 80 mm) up to 160” (DN 4000 mm) in diameter, and designed to withstand pressures up to 32 Barg (465 Psig) and temperatures up to 85oC (185oF).FIBERSTRONG® H2O series is also available in helical wound process with a size range starting from 1” (DN 25 mm) up to 48” (DN 1200 mm) in diameter.
Applications
FIBERSTRONG® H2O series is the ideal pipe system for WRAS/NSF-61 approved drinking water, raw water and domestic water applications in both underground and above ground installations. Typical applications include but not limited to:- Potable, Drinking, and Raw Water Pipelines and Networks
