FIBERSTRONG® Standard Series
FIBERSTRONG® Standard series, Polyester and Vinyl Ester, is manufactured using a thermosetting resin system, Polyester or Vinyl Ester, where glass fibers are continuously wounded with extreme precision with or without pure silica sand aggregates. The resulting pipe has a high chemical and corrosion resistance as well as excellent mechanical, physical, and thermal properties.
Product Range
FIBERSTRONG® Standard series, Polyester and Vinyl Ester, Restrained and Non-Restrained pipes and fittings are available in range from 3” (DN 80 mm) up to 160” (DN 4000 mm) in diameter, and designed to withstand pressures up to 32 Barg (465 Psig) and temperatures up to 85oC (185oF). FIBERSTRONG® Standard Series is also available in helical wound process with a size range starting from 1” (DN 25 mm) up to 48” (DN 1200 mm) in diameter.
Applications
FIBERSTRONG® Standard series is the ideal pipe system for a wide range of municipality, infrastructure and industrial, power and desalination applications in both underground and above ground installations. Typical applications include but not limited to:
