WAVISTRONG® Conductive series
WAVISTRONG® Conductive series is manufactured using a thermosetting resin system where the conductive carbon fiber is introduced into the glass fibers plies and impregnated with an aromatic or cycloaliphatic amine cured epoxy resin and helically wound onto a smooth rotating mandrel. The resulting pipe has a high conductivity performance, corrosion resistance, as well as excellent mechanical, physical and thermal properties.
Product Range
WAVISTRONG® Conductive series pipes and fittings range from 1” (DN 25 mm) to 48” (DN 1200 mm) in diameter, and designed to withstand pressures up to 63 Barg (914 Psig) and temperatures up to 100oC (212 oF).
Applications
WAVISTRONG® Conductive series is the ideal pipe system for fluids and environments where static charges are built-up necessitating discharge through a conductive material in onshore or offshore platform applications, for both underground and above ground installations.
The typical applications include but not limited to:
