Pursuant to the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “Regulation”) regarding the protection of private information of individuals within the European Union, Inmartek Ltd (hereinafter the “Company”, including “we” or “us” or “our”) implements this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) as an integral part of the lawful, compliant and ethical enterprise that it operates and consistently strives to maintain.
The Company may gather and process your personal information in accordance with this Policy and in full compliance with the relevant Regulation and applicable law. This Policy provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and obligations, and explains how, why and when we collect and process your personal data.

The Company reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time without prior notice by uploading a new version on our website (http://www.inmartek.com).
Any revisions will be effective immediately upon the uploading of the revised Policy.
The Company advises you to periodically check its website (http://www.inmartek.com) so as to ascertain whether there have been any such revisions to the Policy.
In the case of any material changes to the Policy, we will also notify you via e-mail at the email address you have provided in connection with the circulation of any direct marketing and/or newsletter from the Company (if applicable).
